We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, you may filed a claim with the USPS within 30days. If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges. If the address is correct and reverified by the buyer, a reshipment will be attempted free of charge.
